Mile High Bingo Review
Mile High Bingo Overview
Mile High Bingo, possibly the steamiest bingo site name on the market, was launched in February 2012. It operates off the popular Dragonfish software, which is fast becoming one of the leading providers of bingo software with sixty different brands under its name.
Site Design
Mile High Bingo have a fantastic looking site. Landing there, you will find yourself in what looks like an airport departure lounge. They've even made the games schedule look like a departures board. Unfortunately, once you get past the homepage the experience is just like every other bingo site run off Dragonfish software with the same games and room names.
Bonuses
Mile High Bingo offer a 150% deposit bonus to all new players who deposit between £10 and £100. Mile High Bingo also has its own standalone loyalty scheme: the Bingo Friends Forever loyalty program offers its most loyal players reload bonuses of up to 70%, special promotions and much more.
Games and Jackpots
Mile High Bingo offer both 90 and 75 ball bingo as well as scratchcards, slots, roulette and keno. Mile High Bingo have also designated free bingo rooms, although for most of these you do already need to have deposited and spent money in the other bingo rooms. All the games and bingo rooms are shown in the bingo lobby as well as information like ticket prices and how many players are in the rooms.
Community
The CMs at Mile High Bingo aren’t bad but they’re also not of the highest standard either. Other players are friendly though and make you feel very welcome to the site. Mile High Bingo has a FAQ section, but it isn't too detailed and they are also lacking in a live chat function for anyone that has problems, so you would need to email or call them if you had a problem.
Sammy's Verdict
From the outside, Mile High Bingo is a very nice looking site, and its great to see a company which has taken the time and effort to make their website look good. Unfortunately on the inside it’s no different from any other bingo platform and some things do need working on, such as getting the CMs to be a bit more chatty, saying hello and welcoming people to the rooms.
